    Hi my name is Erin.

    I am looking at a place to run my business, Insightful Learning, which is an eLearning/face to face training company. At the moment is consists of me and another colleague. At this time we would only need 1 place, and I was wondering if there were spaces available immediately? I am already working with clients and need to register my business quickly – and would need a contract de bail for this working space to do so. Are there any chances of engaging this space sometime in the next week?

    Hello Erin,
    There are a couple of spaces immediately available, come by one of these days to visit the place, we’re open from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6pm. As for the contrat de bail, we have our own co-working contracts but we cannot establish a contrat de bail as per usual. We hope to see you soon!
